In Siam-arts.com, our amulets are 100% genuine with our own personal journey to the real qualified monks themselves to get the amulets and items from them. We have documented many original photos as proof for our personal journey to the temples and monks themselves to collect the amulets. We are serious collectors with deep beliefs in ourselves and strongly disapprove of unscrupulous means of selling fake amulets. We do not believe in selling fake amulets as this is an act of Karma. We stand behind our product 100%. In the event that there is doubt with our items, we will offer 100% full refund. Period!!!

Shipping information:

What type of Shipping is available?

For international shipping worldwide, we strongly recommend registered post and courier services. A tracking number will be issue for this shipping thus it will be traceable to reduce the chances of lost and missing mail.
For other express shipping options, it must be calculated by us. If you are unfamiliar with the charges associated with these alternative shipping methods, please contact us a siamarts9@gmail.com before you place an order, and we will calculate the shipping charge for you.

How long will it takes to reach me?

We will ship the item out within 1 to 2 days after final confirmation receiving the money transaction on our side. A confirmation of shipping and proof of good condition of the items will be send to the client after we send out the items.

As it is registered shipping, a tracking number will be issued and the client will be informed and able to track the status of the item.

** Please note that the registered parcel will need some one to sign for. If it is delivered when nobody is at home, a postman may leave a note and bring the parcel back to the post office. You will have to contact your nearest post office and collect it within a couple of weeks, otherwise they will send it back to us. If this happens you will be required to pay for the second round shipping postage.
** Also take note that whenyou place an order preceding a national holiday, this could delay your order for an additional 2-3 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently accepting the following methods of payments

Paypal
This is the most convenient way to pay us. Paypal accepts most major debit and credit cards online. However, you need to subscribe with them before sending payments.

Western Union Money Transfer
You can send instant payment through Western Union Money Transfer service. Please contact Western Union office in your area for more information. Email us at siamarts9@gmail.com and we will provide you the western union addressee information so you can transfer to us.

International Bank transfer
You are able to transfer the money from your bank to our local bank by using telegraphic transfer (TT) .However, extra $20sgd per payment is needed to cover the bank fee to cash it here. The fee must be added to the total cost of the amulets before you proceed to transfer to us.

Cash
You can also send cash in USD and all other major currency. Please be sure to use registered airmail or EMS so you can always track it. Bare in mind that the risk is yours. We will ship your order only if we receive your cash.

Where is my confirmation e-mail?

Immediately after you place an order you should receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.

Security of online purchase on our website:

All our electronic payment methods are well-known means such as Paypal, Visa and Mastercard to guarantee high standard of security to your banking information. Feel free to contact us should you have any queries on the electronic online payment methods.

Packing and insurances:

All our items are most carefully packed to prevent damages due to mishandling. A proof of good condition of the items with the invoice will be taken in photo. Every item will be packed with extreme care and we want everything to arrive in perfect condition. For large and fragile items such as buchas and statuettes, we will wrap it in air bubble wrap and various protective wrappings to protect the items. For small amulets, we will strongly advise clients to purchase our additional amulet encasement service to further protect them. It does looks nice for the amulets and they are ready to wear right out of the package when you received them.

We strongly advice the client to purchase extra separate insurance for the items to cover themselves for any possible damages and lost to the items.

Insurance rates may vary from countries to countries.
